The River Country RC-T2 has been manufactured using professional grade heavy-duty stainless steel to prevent rusting, has a professional grade heavy duty spring and high range metallic strip installed inside to provide years of accurate readings. They have an Easy to Read 2 inch color coded dial display which shows the exact cooking temperature (100 to 550f) and ideal cooking ranges for Barbecuing, Smoking, and Grilling. The thermometers have a lexan lens assembly that has been sealed with an industrial grade pliable sealant to withstand expansion and contraction from heating and cooling to reduce lens fogging and internal corrosion of the thermometer
The thermometer has a convenient 2 ½ inch long stem which makes for easy mounting in almost any location on your grill/smoker. The thermometer quickly and easily mounts simply by drilling a 3/8 inch hole and fastening with the supplied washer and backer nut.
